Sharon was not only praised by one of her clients in February's Printing World for her exceptional customer service, she also picked up second place in the 'Account Handler of the Year Award' at a recent annual supplier vendor award ceremony hosted by one of our Blue Chip clients. Well done Sharon, what a great acheivement!

ProCo celebrates SCR Envelope Solutions? Sharon Hartley for her professionalism and cool head under pressure.

Recently Sharon pulled out all the stops for ProCo. After we took on a flat-sheet convert envelope print job for a customer, they dramatically reduced the lead time. Sharon suggested overprinting the envelope using matt-coated UV inks, which cut the lead time without compromising on quality. After tweaking the artwork, SCR overprinted the job to schedule and saved our customer money.
Solutions like these, her professionalism and great attitude, even when under pressure, has contributed towards improving ProCo's relationship with SCR'
