Key Account Manager Opportunity
We've created a new opportunity in our team for a Key Account Manager to manage our Northern Accounts.
From our website you'll hopefully have an idea of just how much we value all our customers. We build our business on developing long term relationships. Add to this our focus on continuous improvement and we aim to give a unique service which our customers will find hard to match anywhere.
The role involves managing the growth of new accounts from key leads, nurturing existing accounts and supporting team development.
Ideally, we're looking for someone who:
- Has an envelope, print or Direct Mail background (although not essential)
- Can demonstrate experience and key skills in all areas of account handling
- Is clearly customer focused & can show how they add value to Accounts
- Is able to spot commercial opportunities and acts on them
- Can demonstrate how they have developed a network of contacts
- Is organised and has an eye for follow up
- Wants to contribute to a great team atmosphere, whilst being able to pass on their own skills and experience to others.
