As a valued customer of SCR Envelopes, we recently wrote to you regarding inaccurate speculation about SCR's operational connection to De Vroede.

To update you on the latest developments, De Vroede recently entered into the Belgian equivalent of Chapter 11 bankruptcy and subsequently, some of their trading assets have been bought from the administrator by Mayer Kuvert.

To end inaccurate speculation, the SCR board wanted to inform you that as of 8th March 2012, SCR Envelopes has formally ended any shareholding by European partners and is now wholly owned by UK Directors Steve Allott, Chris Iredale and Bob Binfield.

SCR Envelopes continues to trade as normal with no disruption to its business. The team here are committed to expanding and investing in the business and will continue to lead service and innovation in the sector.

Over the next few months, we plan to launch a new website and rebrand the Tower Supplies business under the SCR Envelopes name, reaffirming our position as the UK's leading envelope overprinter.
